职位描述：
一、岗位描述：
1、建立完善公司人事管理制度。
2、负责公司员工招聘与录用管理，根据各部门编制及实际情况拟定招聘方案并实施开展招聘工作，确保各部门人员结构合理，辅导文员做好人员入职，转岗，离职等手续交接工作。
3、负责员工培训实施与管理。
4、负责公司绩效与实施。
5、负责公司企业文化。
6、开展各种员工活动等；
7、负责推行公司6S管理。
8、遵守公司的各项管理制度，积极主动完成领导交办的其他工作。
9、做好员工劳动关系的管理，妥善处理各类员工投诉等。
10、外联工作等。
二、任职要求：
1、5年以上同岗位工作经验；
2、熟悉招聘、企业文化模块，掌握人力资源的相关知识；
3、具有较强的学习、理解、沟通和协调能力；
4、工作态度认真、积极负责，有良好的职业道德。
服装QC
岗位薪资：3000-5000元/月
