招贤纳士-种鸡生产运营总监

汇报对象：汉德柯斯（中国）种鸡事业部总经理

工作地点：上海，虹桥

工作职责：

• 负责原种场的全面管理工作，确保农场高效正常运转；

• 按照制定的年度目标预算，完成种鸡场年度各项生产经营指标；

• 做好种鸡场的团队建设，同时做好人员的招聘、培训、培养等工作；

• 监督种鸡场运行状态、物资耗用和费用支出情况，确保生产投入合理，成本可控；

• 负责全场的总体防疫卫生工作，增强及宣导员工防疫意识，严格执行防疫制度;

• 对外关系及周边关系的协调及维护。
  

任职资格和经验：

• 学历及专业要求：动物科学本科及以上学历, 遗传育种优先；

• 英语听说读写良好；

• 有过集团化种鸡场高代次、小单元2年及以上养殖管理经验的优先考虑；从事过黄羽鸡种鸡管理的优先考虑；

• 能接受驻场及封场管理；

• 熟练使用Office办公软件；

• 有团队精神，可与全球其他团队成员无障碍交流、高效沟通；

• 有自我提升的意愿，高度的自控、自驱力；

• 正直诚信。

Reporting to:Area manager Poultry of Hendrix Genetics China

Locations: Hongqiao Area, Shanghai, China

Job Description:

• Take charge of the overall management of the breeder farm to ensure efficient and normal operation of the farm.

• Achieve various annual production and business indicators of the breeder farm according to the established annual target budget.

• Conduct team building for the breeder farm and handle personnel recruitment, training, and development effectively.

• Oversee the operational status, material consumption, and expenditure of the breeder farm to ensure reasonable production investment and controllable costs.

• Be responsible for the overall epidemic prevention and hygiene work of the entire farm, enhance and promote employees' awareness of epidemic prevention, and strictly enforce the epidemic prevention system.

• Coordinate and maintain external relationships and peripheral relationships.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or above in animal science, with a preference for genetics and breeding.

• Good English proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.

• Priority will be given to candidates with 2 or more years of high-generation and small-unit breeding management experience in a group-owned breeder farm, or those with experience in managing yellow-feathered chicken breeders.

• Willing to accept on-site residency and closed-off management.

• Proficient in MS Office tools.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work in a global organization.

• Willingness to develop with a high degree of self-management and self-driven.

• Integrity and honesty, positive attitude.
