广东省外国机构服务处协助美国驻广州总领事馆招聘签证/行政助理1名，具体如下：The incumbent serves as an
Administrative Clerk in the Immigrant Visa Unit (IV). Performs numerous duties involved in
immigrant visa processing, including collating and assembling immigrant visa
packets for distribution to visa applicants, and assisting team supervisor(s)
in special projects or other tasks as assigned. Acts as the IV Unit’s
receptionist, the IV’s Chief’s personal assistant, and serves as the Consular
Section supply and mail clerk, as well as back-up sub-unit member. Charged with
managing a significant inventory of Consular forms with minimal officer
supervision. Provides general administrative support to 12 officers, and 39
local employees.
The incumbent also spends time working as a Visa Assistant in the
IV Unit performing the full range of functions as a document checker, visa foil
